While forest and vast ecology gets destroyed every moment of the day, there are also certain small green spots that might not be as attractive and appealing as those but certainly play a role in purifying are most polluting cities.

Tree felling due to electric lines work

These are the most threatened and there is no activity or movement or campaign to save them. This is in the context of trees chopped uselessly in the pretext of electric line disruption.

It is a fact that huge trees spread about the electric lines to cause disruption but for that, it's not essential to chop the entire tree. Entire huge, old trees are chopped instead of cutting few branches. This destroys the structural and nutritional balance of trees. Intolerant citizens complain to the electric department for cutting the trees and they trim or chop the entire tree instead of cutting branches. Most of the time, no cutting is required at all.

As underground cable works are being undertaken in many places now it's useless to cut trees like this and many times it's just a casual indifferent approach towards trees that leads to search incidents.

These trees are the most threatened and there is no activity or movement or campaign to save them. This is in the context of trees which are unnecessarily chopped in the pretext of electric line disruption.

It is a fact that huge trees spread about the electric lines may cause disruption but for that it's not essential to chop the entire tree or huge parts of that. There is also a significant flaw in town-planning and placing of Electric poles in such a manner that the wires are entangling with branches of trees. Instead of removing these flaws and restructuring these systems, the authorities just axe the trees.

Next time you see this happening in your surroundings be sure to speak up and just verify whether there is really a need for felling the trees. Make sure you give complaint to Electric dept. and start voicing out your protest for this, as this has a great impact.

Let's put a stop to this illogical felling of TREES.
