Coal Couture’ launches at WHO: Children pay for fossil fuel economy. Baaraan Ijlal – the artist – is bringing this issue to light with the use of an art installation using simple material objects like books and toys owned by children in each of these areas. The stories of Coal Couture are compiled from some of the most polluted coal mining and industrial neighbourhoods, where children are bearing the cost of this development.
